What is one of your responsibilities as an rbt?

One of the responsibilities as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is to provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This may involve implementing behavior intervention plans and teaching individuals new skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. Additionally, RBTs must collect data on client progress and behavior changes, communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA and the client's family, and participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.
